Our founder, Ilijah McClurkin, has been running his own company, iLL Art Collective, since 2013. Like many creatives, he learned by doing—wearing every hat and building his brand from the ground up. From branding and web design to social media and sales, Ilijah developed a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to grow a business in today’s landscape. After helping friends and fellow artists with their strategy and online presence, he realized he had not only a talent but a genuine passion for helping others grow—and Creative Advantage was born.
As the business expanded, Riley Fowler joined the team to manage the growing number of social media clients. With a creative eye, a love for storytelling, and a natural knack for strategy, Riley now leads the Social Media department. She brings a heartfelt dedication to helping brands flourish and a passion for turning ideas into content that connects.
